ECO FRIENDLY GANESHA
DURING VINAYAGA CHATHURTHI
சரயுவின் கவிதைகள் வே. ராமச்சந்திரன்
அச்சில் வார்த்த பச்சை மண் மேனி
அதற்கான எருக்க மாலை
அருகம்புல் பரப்பிய கோலமிட்ட பலகை
அமர்ந்து நீர் எமக்கு அருள்வீர் இன்றே !
யாமும் இங்கு வெற்றிலை வாழை தேங்காயுடன்
இதமாய் கரும்பும் சேர்த்து பசும் பால் தயிர் நெய்
சிறுநீர் சாணம் என கோமியம் செய்து உனக்கே
பிடித்த மோதகம் லட்டூகம் வைத்து வஸ்திரம் அளித்து
நினை வேண்டுகின்றோம் சரயுவின் குடும்பத்தினரே

This year' Ganesh Chathuthi was celebrated in the morning at 9 AM and as usual with the ecofriendly Ganesha. Though It was raining yesterday afternoon in Bangalore we managed to get all that was required for the Pooja. Some photographs taken during the pooja.

This year's Vinayaka Chathurthi falls on 09 09 2013 Monday. The more we use the eco-friendly ganeshas made of clay, atleast in our homes, the better it would be for the pooja as well as for the later immersion.
